• You keep ownership of your content, and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
• If you copy or use prompts from promptjar.dev, you are solely responsible for outcomes, compliance, and any downstream use.
• We are not responsible for losses, claims, or damages caused by how copied prompts are used by you or by third parties.

• Do not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not upload malware or content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on promptjar.dev infringes your rights, contact hello@promptjar.dev with enough detail for us to review and take action where appropriate.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, promptjar.dev and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless promptjar.dev and its operators from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of copied prompts, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
